Abstract

The article represents the author's vision of teaching the educational component «History of Physical Culture and Sports» for applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, in particular regarding integrated content and adapted creative-search tasks.

The purpose of scientific exploration is to represent the author's vision of the logic of presenting integrated content of the educational component «History of Physical Culture and Sports» with an outline of accompanying creative-search tasks, which will provide an approximation to a holistic representation of the integrative design of the specified educational component.

The methodological basis of the study is a combination of general scientific and special research methods; approaches such as: activity, task, integrative, multicultural, resource; principles, in particular historicism, a combination of theory and practice, scientificity, continuity.

The scientific novelty lies in proving the feasibility of an integrative approach when teaching the educational component «History of the Physical Culture» in order to solve such key tasks as: communication of horizontal and vertical hierarchy, immersion in the current state of topical industry issues, responsibility for the consequences of the decision made.

It is noted that special attention is paid to the contribution of domestic specialists to the development of the world sphere of physical culture and sports (O. Anokhin, V. Kramarenko, P. Lesgaft, etc.), the influence of Nazism, fascism and the Soviet Union on the sphere of physical culture and sports, the system of prohibitions, punishments and incentives for physical activity and the attitude towards people involved in both civilian and military-applied sports. The current state of development of the sports sphere is not considered in detail, only its understanding as an integrated social matrix is provided, which consists of the following blocks: digital integration, educational space; politics and geopolitics; social component; integration / synergy with the economy, healthcare system, security and defense forces, etc.

As a conclusion, we note that the formation of a holistic idea of the development of the sphere of physical culture in applicants allows them to develop critical thinking in applicants, since the content is considered in the context of social, geopolitical, military-economic and cultural transformations; and adapted tasks contribute to expanding the worldview and understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.
