Abstract

Modern transformations of the educational space of Ukraine actualize the need to modernize the professional training of future coaches and teachers of physical education. The growth of requirements for the quality of pedagogical activity, the development of digital technologies and the strengthening of social demand for competent specialists necessitate the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies. Traditional approaches no longer provide the formation of critical thinking, analytical skills, professional flexibility and the ability to make independent decisions, therefore the use of interactive methods, ICT, simulations, training and project technologies is becoming an integral condition of professional training. Innovations provide active learning activities, increase student motivation, contribute to the development of reflection, the ability to analyze pedagogical situations, and form an individual educational trajectory.

Purpose of the work: to theoretically substantiate the essence and pedagogical capabilities of innovative technologies in the training of physical education specialists and determine ways of their effective implementation in the process of professional education.

Methodology. The study used the analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, generalization of pedagogical experience, systematization of innovative technologies, as well as elements of empirical analysis of the educational process of future coaches and teachers. Comparative and structural-functional approaches were used, which made it possible to determine the features and pedagogical conditions for the effective use of innovations.

The scientific novelty lies in the identification of specific features of the application of innovative technologies in sports and pedagogical education, the systematization of their types and the delineation of pedagogical conditions that determine their effectiveness. It is shown that digital, interactive, training and project methods contribute to the comprehensive formation of professional competencies.

Conclusions. Innovative pedagogical technologies are a strategic resource for updating modern professional training in the field of physical education and sports, ensure the integration of theory and practice, the development of key competencies and increase the readiness of future coaches and teachers for professional activity.
