Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
Requirements for the articles
The article cаn be sent in Ukrainian, English. The text of the article should be carefully checked and edited by the author. An article must be formatted according to the requirements, with semantic, grammatical or stylistic errors, to be accepted for publication.
The article (10 to 16 pages long) must meet the following requirements. The document should be 1,5 spaced, Word, RTF, Times New Roman 14 throughout the entire document; all margins – 2 centimetres, indentation – 1,25 centimetres. Pages are not numbered, and the text is typed without hyphens.
Structure of the article:
1. UDC index, indented, in the upper left corner of the first page.
2. The following line is right-aligned information in the language in which the article is written - the last and first names of the author(s) (no more than four authors).
3. The following line is a mandatory indication of the author's ORCID (the profile must be filled in and open to the public).
4. The following line is ResearcherID (if available).
5. The following line is Scopus-Author ID автора (if available).
6. The following line is the Scientific degree and academic title (if available).
7. The following line is position and organization
8. The following line is the city and country (in brackets) and e-mail (after brackets).
9. The following line is the title of the article
10. The following line is annotation in the language in which the article is written (without the word "Annotation"). The length is at least 1800 characters with spaces. The annotation must contain the following elements: the purpose of the article, research methods, scientific novelty, and conclusions.
11. The following line is Keywords (no more than 5).
12. Double space and write the main text of the article under the structural elements: statement of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific and/or practical tasks; analysis of the primary studies and publications on the problem; the purpose of the article; coverage of the procedure of theoretical and methodological and/or experimental research with indication of research methods; presentation of the primary research material with justification of the scientific results obtained; conclusions from the study and perspectives for further research.
13. The text of the article should contain references to all sources in the List of references. References in the text of the article are indicated in square brackets, for example, [11], the page number of a printed publication is separated by a comma, for example, [11, с. 128] or [11, с. 55–56]. References to few sources [3–6] or [2; 7; 11].
14. Tables, diagrams, figures, and charts should be original, not copied from other publications, and numbered. They are placed without a paragraph in the centre of the page immediately after referencing them in the text of the article or on the next page. The word "Table" and its number are written in italics at the top, aligned to the right, and the table's name is written in the line below, aligned to the centre. Illustrations (figures, flowcharts, graphs) should be made by one of the graphic editors. Figures should be submitted in black and white (without halftones), contrasting. Flowcharts and figures are additionally submitted as separate files in electronic form.
15. Formulas and letter symbols are typed in the MathType-Equation editor. They are presented in the text or a separate line without a paragraph indentation, centred, numbered with Arabic numerals in brackets on the right side of the page.
16. A list of references follows the main text of the article. It should contain only those sources that are referenced in the text. The word "References" is written in capital letters aligned. Below the alphabetically numbered literary sources are used. Each source must be cited under АРА.
17. The following signs are used in the text of the article: quotation marks – (« »), apostrophe – ('), separated by a dash – (–), not a hyphen (-). Colon is placed without a space(:).
18. After the article's presentation (submitted to the editorial board in a language other than English), the information in paragraphs 2-11 of this guideline for authors translated into English is provided. If the article is submitted to the editorial board in English, the information in paragraphs 2-11 should be provided in Ukrainian.
19. The following line is Keywords in English if the article is in a language other than English) or Ukrainian if the article is written in English.
20. At the end of the last page, the date of its submission to the editorial board is indicated.
You should send as a separate file:
Information about the author(s): last and first names, place of work (for graduate students – place of study), position, academic degree, academic rank, e-mail address, contact phone numbers.
The authors should submit to the editorial board a review by a specialist in the relevant field of science (Doctor of Science) along with the article. As soon as the article is accepted, you will pay the money.
The organizing committee reserves the right to edit the texts.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject the article if it does not meet the requirements and disagrees with the subject area of the collection of articles.
