FORMATION OF INFORMATION AND DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTEGRATION INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

The article examines the problem of forming information and digital competence of high school students in the context of the integration of innovative technologies into the educational process. The essence of the concept of «information and digital competence» as a component of the basic competencies of a high school student is considered. The normative and educational requirements for the formation of information and digital competence are outlined. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information and digital competence of high school students are analyzed, digital educational resources are considered and examples of tasks with their use in Ukrainian language and literature lessons are given.
The aim of the work is to study the theoretical and practical significance of the means and ways of forming information and digital competence of high school students in the context of the integration of innovative technologies in the educational process.
Methodology. The work uses a number of interrelated methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific sources), empirical (observation of the educational process). The methodological basis of the work was the methods of generalization and systematization, which allowed us to identify the main provisions and methodological recommendations that have their own practical nature.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in the substantiation of a complex of modern interactive means and ways of forming information and digital competence of high school students in the conditions of integration of innovative technologies into the educational process; revealing the pedagogical conditions of information and digital competence of high school students in a modern innovative environment.
Conclusions. It is proven that the use of modern innovative technologies in the educational process contributes to increasing the level of information and digital competence of education seekers, developing their culture of information analysis, critical thinking, responsibility, and ethical behavior. Prospects for further scientific explorations are related to the introduction of the latest information technologies in the formation of information and digital competence of high school students in the conditions of integration of innovative technologies into the educational process.
