Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates the possibilities of using modern fitness technologies in the military-patriotic education of youth and in the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports. Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, the pedagogical potential of modern fitness technologies in developing applied physical fitness, discipline, responsibility, organization, and teamwork has been identified. It has been established that the most appropriate fitness technologies for integration into the content of military-patriotic education include functional training, interval and circuit training formats, bodyweight exercises, team-based fitness complexes, coordination training tools, and digital instruments for monitoring physical activity. The components of professional readiness of future specialists for fitness instruction have been clarified. It has been proven that modern fitness technologies are an effective means of improving the military-patriotic education of youth and an important component of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports.

Purpose of the article. To theoretically substantiate the possibilities of using modern fitness technologies in the military-patriotic education of youth and in the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports.

Research objectives: to analyze scientific and methodological sources; to identify appropriate fitness technologies for military-patriotic education; to substantiate their pedagogical potential; and to reveal the significance of training future specialists for fitness instruction.

Methodological framework of the study: competency-based, systemic, interdisciplinary, axiological, and activity-based approaches.

Materials and research methods. The study used the analysis of scientific sources, regulatory and legal documents, program and methodological materials, as well as educational and professional programs in specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports. The following methods were applied: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, comparative analysis, structural-logical analysis, and theoretical modeling.

Scientific novelty of the study: the possibilities of using modern fitness technologies in the militarypatriotic education of youth and in the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports have been theoretically substantiated; appropriate directions for their integration have been identified; and the components of professional readiness for fitness instruction have been clarified.
