The article examines the specific features of the transformation of the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry in the context of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence. It has been established that the current stage of renewal of educational practices in chambers of commerce and industry is associated not only with the introduction of digital platforms, distance learning formats and cloud services, but also with the reconsideration of the goals, content, forms, methods and outcomes of adult learning. It is substantiated that digitalization contributes to expanding access to educational services, increasing the flexibility of educational programs, strengthening the practical orientation of learning, and developing partnerships among business, education and institutions supporting entrepreneurship.
The purpose of the article is to analyse the theoretical and practical foundations of the transformation of the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry in the context of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the study comprises a set of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, and generalization of scholarly and regulatory sources, as well as content analysis of materials from the official web resources of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and individual regional chambers devoted to educational programs, training courses, webinars and digital initiatives.
Scientific novelty lies in identifying current directions in the transformation of the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry under the influence of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence; clarifying the pedagogical potential of digital and AI tools in developing the professionalism of specialists in business structures; and substantiating the role of chambers of commerce and industry as actors in non-formal adult professional education in the digital society.
Conclusions. The transformation of the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry in the context of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence is manifested in the transition from predominantly traditional information and consulting formats to digital, blended, adaptive learning models oriented towards data analysis. The use of digital platforms, electronic resources, cloud services, data analytics and artificial intelligence tools expands the possibilities for personalizing learning, promptly updating program content, providing consulting support to participants, and developing continuous professional learning for business representatives. At the same time, the effectiveness of such transformation depends on the level of digital competence of organizers and learners, compliance with ethical and legal norms, ensuring data security, and preserving the leading role of the specialist, teacher, trainer and expert in the educational process. A promising area for further research is the development of pedagogical conditions, models and criteria for the effective use of artificial intelligence tools in the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry.
