The article examines the peculiarities of using health-preserving technologies in computer science lessons as an important condition for maintaining students’ health in the context of educational digitalization. It has been established that the systematic implementation of such approaches helps reduce students’ fatigue, increase their working capacity and the effectiveness of learning material acquisition, as well as develop stable motivation for learning.
The research is based on the analysis of the use of health-preserving technologies in computer science lessons as a means of optimizing the educational process, ensuring the rational organization of activities, and preventing negative influences on students’ health. The study also considers the impact of these technologies on students’ physical and psycho-emotional state, their level of concentration and academic productivity, as well as the teacher’s role as an organizer of a safe educational environment.
The research methodology includes the analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature on the implementation of health-preserving technologies in the educational process, the study of methodological approaches to organizing computer science lessons, as well as observations of the use of physical activity breaks, eye exercises, and other forms of motor activity. Based on the obtained data, conclusions were formulated and methodological recommendations for the effective organization of health-preserving learning were proposed.
The scientific novelty of the study lies in clarifying the methodological aspects of implementing health-preserving technologies in computer science lessons, including the optimization of lesson structure, the rational distribution of learning workload, and the use of interactive teaching tools. It has been demonstrated that the application of these technologies contributes to the activation of students’ cognitive activity and the formation of a health culture within the educational environment.
The conclusions confirm that the effective organization of health-preserving learning in computer science lessons requires a systematic approach, including the alternation of activities, regular physical activity breaks, and the creation of comfortable learning conditions. The importance of teachers’ professional readiness to use modern pedagogical technologies in order to preserve students’ health and improve the quality of the educational process is emphasized.
