THEORETICAL BASICS OF SKI TRAINING IN OUT-OF-CLASS WORK WITH PUPILS IN GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION

The article presents the results of a theoretical study that allowed us to reveal different types of extracurricular ski training classes. Since not all schools have ski equipment, most teachers do not conduct ski lessons. But there are teachers who conduct ski training in an extracurricular way of teaching students. After all, the most important tasks of extracurricular work are the health of students, improvement of physical development, involvement of a larger number of schoolchildren in systematic skiing lessons in the skiing section and various mass physical activities. Extracurricular skiing lessons are organized in various forms involving the largest number of schoolchildren. Such classes will motivate and contribute to the hardening of the body of schoolchildren, significantly increasing its resistance to various diseases.
The purpose of the work is the theoretical analysis and disclosure of the types of ski training classes in the extracurricular form of education of schoolchildren in school.
Methodology. To implement the main tasks of the research, theoretical methods were used: comparison, comparison and generalization.
The scientific novelty of the study consists in the most in-depth study of extracurricular ski training for more effective conducting of various types of ski training.
Conclusions. As a result of the analysis of literary sources, it was found that ski training for schoolchildren should occupy one of the leading places, because movement on skis has a comprehensive effect on the body of schoolchildren. Systematic lessons in ski training contribute to the physical development of schoolchildren, having a particularly positive effect on the development of motor qualities such as endurance, strength, and dexterity. In the course of classes, schoolchildren acquire new knowledge, abilities and skills related to skiing training (they study the theory of skiing, peculiarities of training, hygiene of physical exercises.).
