STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF TOURISM AND LOCAL STUDIES WORK IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, the article clarifies the structural components of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture to organize tourism and local history work in educational institutions, researches various methods of evaluating criteria for the formation of readiness of future specialists. Based on the analysis of special literature, the components of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture for tourism and local history activities are determined, namely: motivational, cognitive, activity and reflective. Developed criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future teachers of physical education for tourism and local history activities in the process of their professional training. The correspondence of each criterion of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture to tourism and local history activities with indicators that reflect the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of their competences has been established.
The purpose of the research is to determine the dynamics of the levels of readiness of future teachers of physical culture to organize tourism and local history activities in the process of professional training.
The research methodology involves the use of a complex of methods of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, systematization), pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, mathematical statistics and reflects the interrelation of methodological approaches to studying the concept of the process of formation of components of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture to organize tourism and local history activities in educational institutions
Scientific novelty. The dynamics of the formation of the readiness of future physical education teachers for the organization of tourism and local history activities were determined and the effectiveness of their training process in the disciplines of tourism and local history cycle was experimentally verified.
Conclusions. Applicants of higher education in physical education majors must be prepared to organize and implement theoretical knowledge and practical skills in tourism and local history disciplines. The results of the pedagogical experiment testify to the effectiveness of the proposed means and methods on the formation of the components of the readiness of future teachers of physical culture to use tourism and local history in educational institutions.
