THEORETICAL BASICS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF ATHLETES IN BULLSEYE SHOOTING

The article examines the theoretical foundations of the psychological training of athletes of the highest sports skill in bullseye shooting. The latest scientific research and publications were analyzed. Ways to optimize the psychological training of athletes in bullseye shooting have been identified.
The purpose of the work. To theoretically substantiate ways of optimizing the system of psychological training in bullseye shooting based on taking into account the psychophysical characteristics of athletes.
Objectives of the study
1. To study information from literary sources in the aspect of optimizing the system of psychological training of shooters-athletes of the highest sports qualification.
2. Determine ways to optimize the psychological training of shooters-athletes.
Methodology Analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature. The literature was studied in several directions: the general theory of training athletes, the peculiarities of psychological training in sports shooting and the influence of psychological training on the effectiveness of competitive activity, methods and techniques for improving the psychological qualities of athletes.
Scientific novelty As a result of the study, data on the importance of psychological training in bullseye shooting for athletes of the highest sports qualification were confirmed, information about the relation between the use of methods and psychological characteristics of athletes was added.
Conclusions As a result of the analysis and generalization of information from literary sources, it was found that in bullseye shooting, the quality of psychological training is a significant factor in the growth of sports results.
It was determined that self-regulation, ideomotor and autogenic training methods are actively used in the modern system of psychological training in shooting. However, the expediency of using certain methods of self-regulation, ideomotor and autogenic training is determined, in most cases, by the trainer by trial and error. When choosing separate methods of self-regulation, ideomotor and autogenic training, it is necessary to take into account the psychophysiological characteristics of athletes as a selection criterion.
