Abstract

The article is dedicated to justification of the main contemporary methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies. On the basis of the detailed analysis if the main concepts which are connected with the notion methodological approach, it is defined the concept «methodological approach» as contextual filling and theoretical and practical reflection of Methodology outlook of some science, which is in direct connection with scientific paradigms and defines the direction, ways, methods and procedures of scientific research and practical activity with the aim of implementation of the main idea of the chosen strategy.
Emphasizing attention on the contemporary issues of professional education and learning with the view on perspective it was outlined the main methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies: personally oriented, active, technological, informational, culturological, competence. It was justified the role of the main contemporary methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies
The Aim of the article. The aim of the scientific research is in the definition of «the main contemporary methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies», and studying its essence in professional training of future specialists of food technologies.
Methodology of the research is the ideas of system personally oriented, active, competence and technological approaches in education.
Scientific novelty. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the main notions to the concept «methodological approach» it was defined its essence and outlined the main contemporary methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies.
Conclusion. It was outlined the main contemporary methodological approaches of professional training of future specialists of food technologies which encourage to their further theoretical and practical implementation in professional training of future specialists of the peculiar direction.
