FORMATION OF A CREATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A CONDITION FOR REALIZING THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF FUTURE ARTISTS

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reveal the role of a creative educational environment in the process of realizing the creative potential of future artists (from the experience of the teachers of the T.H. Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv Colehium»); analyze the concept of environmental approach, educational environment, creative educational environment.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the research is a comprehensive approach, according to which the problem under investigation is considered as an integral component of the professional training of future artists; general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization,
systematization; principles of scientificity, historicism, dialectics, objectivity. Special importance is given to the analysis and comparison of scientific and methodical literature, the analysis of the professional experience of teachers of the department of art disciplines (section «Fine Art»).
The scientific novelty of the study consists in the systematization of approaches to the understanding of the concept of «Creative educational environment» and the definition of its multilevel structure; systematic analysis of the creative educational environment of higher educational institutions (on the example of T.H. Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv Colehium») in the context of the problem of developing the creative potential of future artists.
Conclusions. The organization and development of the creative educational environment at university plays one of the leading roles in realizing the creative potential of future artists. The key point here is that the problem should be solved comprehensively, with practice at each of the existing levels of the creative educational environment: interpersonal, group, university-wide and regional (local). As the work experience of the teachers of the T.H. Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv Colehium», such an organization of the educational process allows students to be involved in active creative interaction, in practical activities, to ensure the development of interest
in creative activities, creative thinking, and the creation of a positive microclimate in the group.
The problem of realizing the creative potential of future artists in the context of the formation of a creative educational environment in a higher education institution is currently being actively studied and discussed in the scientific community, however, in our opinion, a number of promising aspects that will require a solution in the near future should be outlined: 1) provision of a creative educational environment for students in the context of distance education; 2) strengthening the role of the regional level of the creative educational environment through the cooperation of higher education institutions
with local cultural and educational institutions; 3) access to the international level of a creative educational environment through active grant activity.
