FORMATION OF SKILLS OF DESIGNING SOCIAL ACTION IN SUPPLIERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

In modern conditions for social work professionals one of the important professional competencies is the ability to design social action and project management skills. The formation of fundamental professional competencies in future social workers takes place mostly during studies at a higher education institution (HEI). However, the traditional approach to higher education focuses on the development of knowledge and skills related mainly to the provision of social services. rticle’s purpose. To analyze scientific approaches to the formation of skills of designing social action, as well as to propose forms and methods of formation of these skills in higher education students majoring in «Social Work» in the conditions of free economic education.

Methodology. The work is based on the results of an experimental study conducted during 2017-2020 on the basis of the National University «Chernihiv Polytechnic». Methods of analysis of practical experience, pedagogical observation are used.

Scientific novelty. the concept of «skills of designing social action» is defined, new methods of formation of skills of designing of social action at applicants of higher education are offered, the parity of subsystems of professional formation with approaches and methods of extracurricular work is defined.

Conclusions. The formation of skills of designing social action in higher education seekers in the conditions of free economic education should focus on three components: classroom work, extracurricular work and practical activities of higher education seekers. All activities within these components must be logically structured and consistent with each other in the field of theorypractice.
