The purpose of the article is to outline the components of a comprehensive program of training future military specialists in psychological support within the training of future Navy officers of the relevant specialization, which directly correlates with the moral and psychological state of the serviceman.
The methodological basis comprises of the principles of complexity, systematization, integration and a set of methods of general theoretical research methods aimed at identifying the main components of a comprehensive training program for future naval specialists in psychological support.
The scientific novelty of the study is the representation of the components of a comprehensive training program for future military specialists in psychological support within the educational and professional training of future officers of the UAF Navy.
It is noted that the need to ensure effective psychological training of servicemen is indicated by the fact of increasing instability and uncertainty situations, which may lead to their deviant behavior. The state program for the Armed Forces of Ukraine development provides for mandatory psychological support in the Armed Forces and centers (institutions) for training and retraining of servicemen.
Conclusions. The comprehensive training program for tactical officers of the UAF Navy is designed to provide sufficient theoretical and practical basis and form professional competencies (in accordance with approved standards and educational and professional programs) of specialists who provide psychological support in units (on ships) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which will reduce the number of situations of instability and deviant behavior. The main components of the training program specialization «Moral and psychological support in units, on ships (Navy)» we see theoretical training, practical psychological training, physical training, which are combined to provide a sufficient level of tactical officers training.
