НАУКОВО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РЕІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ВЕТЕРАНІВ ГІБРИДНОЇ ВІЙНИ

Abstract

Purpose of the article. Analysis of scientific-methodological approaches to social reintegration that will enable to study the notion of social reintegration for a comprehensive understanding of this notion while working with the hybrid war veterans.

Methodology is based on constructivism approaches that allow determining social reality as a set of subjective judgements (the hybrid war veteran creates their own social reality relying on their subjective judgements and they acquire a set of characteristics influencing the process of their social reintegration in the modern society), systems approach (used to analyse reintegration as a complex system, structural components of which are in interaction and create their integrity) and basic provisions of pedagogy reflecting relationship of methodological approaches to the study of the process of social reintegration.

Scientific novelty. A comprehensive application of the constructivism approach, systems and ecosystems approaches ensures the analysis of the issue of social reintegration of the hybrid war veterans into the modern society and is ground for developing the basic directions of social reintegration of the hybrid war veterans.

Conclusions. Social importance of social reintegration is highly relevant in the modern society. Determining the place and role of a veteran in society that came back from the hybrid war becomes a challenge both for scientists and for practical workers dealing with veterans.
Therefore, it is important to find scientific and methodological approaches that are the basis for the study of social reintegration of the hybrid war veterans.

Having analysed scientific constructivism, systems and ecosystems approaches, that are methodological basis of social reintegration of the hybrid war veterans, we have drawn a conclusion that it is essential to study this notion from the perspective of social aspects: social reintegration is determined by involving in performance of a number of social roles and social activities that include family interaction, interaction at work, educational institutions and public places. Thus, every scientific-methodological approach reveals the essence of the process under study and identifies the directions of assistance and support for the hybrid war veterans.
