Abstract

The article analyses the essence of the acmeological approach in pedagogical education, which allows to reveal the content of the development of the teacher ‘s personality internal potential; acmeological model of a teacher’s professional success, implementation of which is possible provided application of acmetechnologies aimed at development of cognitive and emotic components of personality’s structure, formation of ability to personal growth in pedagogical activity is presented.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the essential characteristics of the acmeological approach in formation of a future teacher’s professional success.

Research methodology. The article uses multilevel system analysis of the scientific sources based on philosophical, popular scientific and partially scientific levels of knowledge.

The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the analysis of psychopedagogical literature and pedagogical studies on acmeological pedagogy regarding professional activity. The methodology of the study highlights external and internal factors of professional success formation; analyses the acmeological models of a teacher and suggests on their basis the acmeological model of a teacher ‘s professional success.

The scientific novelty of the study is the justification of the acmeological model of a teacher’s professional success formation, which consists of the following components: orientation on vocational and personal growth, ability to self-knowledge, actualization of capacity for development, ability to self-realization.

Conclusions. The professional success of a teacher is a personal qualitative characteristic of the activity, which is determined by both professional and personal indicators (cognitive and emotic), humanistic and business qualities that ensure the effectiveness of the pedagogical activity. The acmeological focus of a teacher on constant self-development and self-improvement is a source of maintaining the continuity of professional success throughout the professional journey, determines high productivity and emotional comfort in professional activity.
