PEDAGOGICAL SKILL OF THE SPECIALIST IN THE CONTEXT OF INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE DIRECTED EDUCATION (FROM THE CREATIVE WORK OF A.S. MAKARENKO)

The article considers pedagogical ideas and views of A.S. Makarenko in the context of modern innovation and educational realities. It was found out how much the opinion of A.S. Makarenko’s pedagogical skills are relevant today. It is proved that A.S. Makarenko left a lot of good ideas and advice on pedagogical and educational work, the teacher’s personality and his preparation for classes, which are rightly considered fundamental in the theory of pedagogical skills. The author emphasizes the positive experience of domestic pedagogical thought, which needs further study and multiplication.
The goal of the work. Actualization of ideas and views of A.S. Makarenko on the pedagogical skills of a specialist in the context of the introduction of innovation-oriented education.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the article are general scientific methods, in particular such as: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization; they allowed to study and group the research material, to explore the ideas and views of A.S. Makarenko, on the meaningful interpretation of the concepts of «pedagogical skills» and «pedagogical technique», provided an opportunity to formulate conclusions; The use of specific scientific methods contributed to the development of normative, scientific, educational and methodological and other literary sources; problem-chronological method helped to determine the degree of research of the problem.
Scientific novelty. The teaching profession today requires comprehensive knowledge and skills, an honest attitude to their work, creativity, ability to work with student youth. The teacher of the XXI century should not only interest and form cognitive interest throughout the educational period, but also contribute to the acquisition of qualitatively new knowledge and practically significant results that will help to master the chosen profession. Modern students also differ from previous generations, they are increasingly interested in new pedagogical and information technologies, non-standard forms of lectures, interesting scientific events and trainings. In this sense, the pedagogical heritage of A.S. Makarenko, left in the form of literary works, lectures, and transcripts can provide practical assistance to a novice teacher in learning certain issues of a particular standard of living.
Conclusions. And in the XXI century according to certain Makaren’s criteria and indicators it is possible to measure professionalism and authority of the modern teacher. The arguments presented in the article confirm the possibility of a wide range of use of pedagogical achievements of A.S. Makarenko in the training of highly qualified specialists, and thus professionals in their field.
