Abstract

Purpose of the work is development and implementation of information technologies in the course of physical education, the study and analysis of the pulsometry of students, the creation of sustainable motivation for the development of their health.

Methodology. Creation of technology for the organization of physical education using ICT for the collection, analysis and automatic accounting of the dynamics of the pulse using the form «PULSE» based on the application Excel to take into account the individual features of the training process. The authors developed the electronic PULS form, which includes brief analytical information about the participant of the training process (age, sex, pulse data during training and at rest (leisure), anthropometric data and health indicators). The form is introduced into work during physical education classes with students of 1-3 courses of NTU «KPI». The vast majority of participants in the training process are girls.

Scientific novelty. The author developed his own system of gathering analytical information about participants of the training process (age, sex, pulse data during training and at rest (leisure), anthropometric data and data of health indicators), adapted to conducting physical education classes based on NTU KPI, which takes into account the individual characteristics of each participant in the training process and provides the opportunity to monitor health.

Conclusions. At the current stage of society, information technology is being used in everyday life and promotes free use in everyday life to support good working habits, prevent stress, reduce meteotropic reactions and store in the cloud the health data. This study made it possible to create closed educational groups taking into account individual characteristics (types of blood circulation and blood pressure indicators). The authors have introduced a questionnaire «Student Questionnaire» and its own electronic form «PULSE» based on the application Exell, a system of analytical data collection, technology for the collection and monitoring of cardiovascular system by the method of pulsometry and using ICT, which improves the quality of training and training.
