FORMATION OF AESTHETIC TASTE AS A COMPONENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS TRAINING: THE CONTEXT OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions of formation of aesthetic tastes as an important component of teachers training in the conditions of information society. The methodology of the research contains general scientific dialectical, systemic, comparative-legal, historical, sociological, formal-logical approaches, which allowed to consider aesthetic taste as a category formed by external purposeful or spontaneous informational influences, and accordingly requires special pedagogical tools.

The scientific novelty is that for the first time the formation of moral and aesthetic qualities of students is studied in the conditions of rapid computerization, increase of the share of distance education, decrease of live communication with the teacher, rapid information flows and so on. Approaches to the formation of aesthetic taste in terms of digitization, means of distance education are analyzed. There are analyzed the State standard of preschool education, the State standard of elementary general education, the State standard of higher education in the specialties «Preschool education», «Professional education», «Musical art», «Psychology», «Sociology»; the component of aesthetic taste is separated from these documents. Conclusions: based on the understanding of the formation of aesthetic tastes as a component of the personality forming system, there is a need for a comprehensive approach to the improvement of all elements of this system. The primary task is to train teachers to work according to new standards and in an information society environment. It is not only about future teachers currently studying in higher education, but also about teachers who are already work. It is clear that the teacher training system is not capable of retraining quickly, so self-education programs will be effective. The prospects for further scientific research include the methodology of formation of aesthetic taste in terms of digitization of education, as well as the refinement of pedagogical tools for the formation of professional aesthetic taste in various fields of education.
