CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING THE INTENSITY OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS, SCHOOLCHILDREN IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES IN THE «ONLINE» MODE

Abstract

The discipline «Physical Training», «Physical Education» is mandatory for all specialties in higher education institutions and schools, an important subject for maintaining and consolidating health, optimizing the mental and physical condition of students and schoolchildren. The transition of this discipline in the conditions of distance learning in the «Online» mode leads to physical education classes in the theoretical area, to a fragmentary load without proper control. Due to insufficient motor activity there is a problem of reduced motivation to exercise, increased dependence (addiction), which in modern science is perceived as a state of hypokinesiology (sedentary lifestyle). Finding ways to solve this problem is a pedagogical problem.

The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate a method of optimizing the motor activity of students and schoolchildren in the conditions of physical training (physical education) in the «Online» mode, strengthening the feedback between the teacher and those involved.

The methodology of the research included survey testing, feedback method, pulsometry method, pulsometry reading method according to the proposed evaluation criteria, methods of selection and performance of exercises.

Scientific novelty – for the first time presented demonstration of physical training classes (physical education) in «Online» mode, where the teacher has the opportunity to assess the intensity of the load of students and schoolchildren on the indicators of pulsometry thresholds according to the developed evaluation criteria.

Conclusions: the results of the research allowed to consolidate a new form of physical training classes (physical education) in distance learning with an objective assessment of the intensity of physical activity, which significantly increases motor activity of students and schoolchildren, high school students and meets the principles of health effects. The developed evaluation criteria correspond to the optimal level of motor activation of students, athletes, have confidence among them in the objectivity of heart rate within the threshold values, mainly contribute to providing self-assessment of the level of exercise intensity.
