TECHNOLOGIES OF CREATION THE OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND VIDEO SERVICES FOR LEARNING THE BASICS OF HEALTH

Abstract

Awareness and adherence to the principles of a healthy lifestyle is one of the important issues of today. The social crisis that is a result of economic instability in our country in recent decades has negatively affected the health of the Ukrainian nation. In today’s environment it is very difficult and relevant to maintain a certain level of quality of life, an integral part of which is health. The modern high-tech society requires a human being of super-fast and harmonious development of his physical, mental abilities, improvement of adaptation mechanisms by nurturing a new attitude towards yourself, your personal health.

The goal is to study the technologies of creation and the features of using open educational resources and video services for learning the basics of health. The methodology of the work involves the use of action and integrative approaches, which allowed to justify the creation of new open educational resources and video services, create an educational channel on YouTube, implement video services into open educational distance learning basics of health based on LMS Moodle and analyze the features of use in the educational process. Scientific novelty – for the first time, generalized data on modern technologies of creation open educational resources and video services for learning the basics of health; the algorithm of creation of open educational resources and video services on the basis of LMS Moodle was developed in order to introduce electronic diagnostics into the development of the open learning system based on classic university, as well as to provide preventive assistance to the population. Conclusions: the advantages of using open educational resources learning the basics of health in the classical education system are identified, which include: quality, availability, diagnostic component, audiovisual training support.
