THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF FUTURE TRANSLATORS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF FRANCE

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of professional education of future translators in higher education institutions in France describes the current trends in professional training of translators and their activities in the labor market as areas of modern development of the industry: globalization, internationalization, informatization, localization, centralization and consistent management of linguistic assets, certain topics; it is determined that the educational process of professional education of future translators is based on the principles of practical study of translation activities taking into account its personal aspect, as well as on the principles that have a historical French basis.

The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the professional education of future translators in higher education institutions in France.

Methodology is based on the methods such as: generalization, analysis, comparison, formulation of inferences.

Scientific novelty. Based on the described theoretical provisions substantiated, the main aspects of professional training of future translators in higher education institutions in France understood that educational programs of different specialties of professional education of future translators have their own specifics and different content.

Conclusions. As a result of the research, it was determined that higher education institutions in France train highly qualified specialists of a narrower profile than in universities. The professional training of future translators in higher education is not only a feature, but also a French national approach to achieving the quality of higher education. The most famous educational institutions that train translators in France are located in Paris (ESIT, ISIT). The educational process of professional training of future translators is based on the principles of practical study of translation activities, taking into account its personal aspect, as well as on the principles that have a historical French basis.
