Abstract

The article analyzes the ideas of a physical education teacher from the Muzychanska secondary school Gomzyak Aleksandra Semenivna; highlights the practical activities of a teacher of the highest category of the Muzychansk secondary school as purposeful work with children for the sake of their health; the essence of physical education for children is revealed; the importance of the subject of physical education as a health-protective function of every child is shown.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the practical activities of a teacher of the highest category in physical education A. S. Gomzyak as a professional worker of his work and to show the ideas of a teacher-practitioner have been introduced for the sake of preserving the health of children.

Research methodology. The article uses a long-term systematic analysis of scientific, literary sources, based on the general scientific and partially scientific levels of knowledge. A live interview was taken with a practicing teacher with more than 40 years of experience, a teacher of the highest category in physical education Alexandra Semenivna Gomzyak. The methodological basis is a systematic analysis of pedagogical sources on the professional activities of teachers. The research methodology made it possible to single out the professional success of the teacher-practitioner as an extraordinary purposeful personally for the sake of the health and care of children.

The scientific novelty of the research lies in the substantiation of the implemented ideas of the teacher's professional success, which consists of the following components: orientation to professional growth by means of the type of activity of physical education, the ability to self-knowledge, actualization of the ability to develop and provide children with a healthy lifestyle.

Conclusions. The professional success of a teacher is a personal qualitative characteristic of activity, which is determined by both professional and personal indicators of Alexandra Semenivna Gomzyak. The teacher's purposefulness for constant self-development and self-improvement is a source of maintaining the constancy of professional success throughout the entire professional path of a teacher-practitioner, and determines high productivity and emotional comfort in her professional activities.
