A SYNERGY APPROACH IN PREPARING BACHELORS IN THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT

The article is proved the expediency of using a synergy approach as one of the basic methodological approaches in the preparation of bachelors in the transport industry for professional self-development.
The synergy approach is actively used in modern scientific research and is focused on identifing patterns of formation and self-organization of complex systems. One of these systems is the preparation of bachelors in the transport industry for professional self-development.
Article’s purpose is to prove the significance and define the main directions of the implementation of synergy approach in preparing bachelors in the transport industry for professional self-development.
Methodology. The methodological basis of the article are general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization; principles of scientificity, historicism, objectivity.
Scientific novelty. For the first time the importance and main directions of using a synergy approach in the preparation of bachelors in transport industry for professional self-development has been proved.
Conclusions. The described characteristics and the defined directions of use of the synergy approach allow to state that its realization promotes optimization of mechanisms of professional self-development of bachelors in transport industry.
As the perspective for further study of the issue we consider is study of readiness of bachelors in the transport industry for professional self-development. It is also assumed that the materials of this study will be used in scientific and pedagogical works.
