ON MODIFICATION OF A METHOD FOR RECORDING A HUMAN POSTURE FOR BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF A PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Purpose of the work. The work is devoted to modification of the method of determining and digital recording of human postures based on the definition of angles in the joints for all anatomically possible movements in these joints and placing information in a specially created three-dimensional matrix form, built on the number of biokinematic chains, joints in these chains and anatomically possible types of joint movements.
Methodology. The work uses methods of analysis of literature, theoretical approaches of classical biomechanics, modelling.
Scientific novelty. The paper proposes a modified method of determining and digitally recording a person's spatial posture and changing it during exercise. The proposed approach for the first time measures and digitally describes a posture based on a single three-dimensional matrix containing angles simultaneously for all anatomically possible movements in the joints, placed in strict order in accordance with the numbering of biokinematic circuits, joints of these chains and types of joint movements.
Conclusions. Proposed a modified method of determining and digital recording of human posture, differing from three two-dimensional matrix of joint movements to one three-dimensional matrix, which significantly reduces the laboriousness of biomechanical research related to the analysis of human posture, as well as to present the posture in a more visual and compact form, allowing more effective use of the proposed method in scientific research, as well as in the educational process of biomechanics in higher education.
