ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS LESSON (MODULE «GYMNASTICS») IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Abstract

The article is devoted to finding ways to increase the effectiveness of physical education lessons (module «Gymnastics») in secondary school. Experts point to the low efficiency of physical education lessons, which do not provide students with the necessary amount of physical activity. One of the main components that characterizes the physical activity of students is the motor density of the lesson. The introduction of the module «Gymnastics» in the educational process of physical education in primary school has shown that very often the teacher cannot provide a high motor density of the lesson. In our opinion, the correct organization of students in the classroom and rational teaching methods will help solve the problem, namely - to increase the motor density of the lesson.

Purpose: to substantiate some organizational and methodological aspects of the lesson of physical culture (module «Gymnastics») in secondary school, which help to increase the motor activity of students.

Methodology. We used the following research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and Internet sources, pedagogical observation. Scientific novelty: information about the organizational aspects of the lesson is clarified and supplemented. The methods of organizing and conducting exercises for general development, which increase the motor density of the lesson (module «Gymnastics») in primary school, are substantiated.

Conclusions. When considering the organization of students in the lesson, the teacher must take into account: the objectives of the lesson, the contingent of students and logistics.

When choosing ways to conduct general developmental exercises, you need to give preference to intensive: current-passing, separate-passing, variable-passing and current.

In the main part of the lesson, when learning exercises on gymnastic devices, to increase motor density it is necessary to use auxiliary devices and equipment. The current method of performing the exercises should be used only after the students have learned the exercises.
