Today, the level of intellectual demands of students is growing and at the same time new learning technologies are emerging, which every future specialist should be familiar with. The modern high-tech stage of society development requires a person to develop their physical and mental capabilities very quickly and harmoniously, to improve adaptation mechanisms by educating a new attitude to themselves and their health.
The purpose is to study the didactic principles of creating interactive workshops on the basics of health and physical rehabilitation.
The methodology of the work was to develop new educational resources based on LMS Moodle, to create elements of the LMS Moodle system of interactive workshops for diagnosis and monitoring of participants in the educational process and analysis of the features of use in the educational process.
Scientific novelty. For the first time there have been generalized data on the technology of creating interactive workshops with elements of the LMS Moodle system for the introduction of electronic diagnostics in the development of distance learning on the basis of a classical university.
Conclusions: the advantages of using interactive practices of teaching the basics of health and physical rehabilitation in the system of classical education, which include: quality, accessibility, the presence of a diagnostic component, the availability of audiovisual training. In order to organize independent work of students during blended learning using LMS Moodle, much attention is paid to the development of skills of independent work in e-learning, rational organization of learning material due to time constraints on access to tasks, creation of various interactive practical works as well as the implementation of the system of educational material for the use of these elements for pedagogical and diagnostic measurements, as well as the introduction of various tasks for independent work, which contain elements of information retrieval in the network
