SOME ASPECTS OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF MASTER'S STUDENTS DURING THE MASTER OF VALEOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES

The article analyzes the problem of cognitive activity of master’s students. It is found out that promotes the cognitive activity of master's students during the mastery of valeological disciplines: solving problems of individual nature, individual search and study of new knowledge; awareness of the need, importance, and expediency of studying disciplines that promote good health. It is justified that future social professionals should directly influence the process of maintaining the health of themselves and their clients, who need preventive activities to prevent negative and bad habits.
Аrticle’s purpose is to analyze some aspects of cognitive activity of master's students of higher education institutions.
The methodology is based on the general principles and basic modern principles of pedagogical science, psychology, and reflects the relationship of methodological approaches to the study of scientific and methodological views of domestic scientists on the problem of cognitive activity of graduate students.
Scientific novelty: it is proved that the activation of cognitive activity of master’s students in the process of studying valeological disciplines is most facilitated by solving problems of a problematic nature.
Conclusions. 1. The problem of cognitive activity of master's students majoring in «Social Work» is a necessary component of the educational process of higher education institutions. 2. The basis of cognitive activity is a complex combination of intellectual, volitional and emotional spheres of future social workers. 3. Cognitive activity of master's students is stimulated by strongwilled efforts and attention. 4. Activation of cognitive activity in the process of preserving the health of master’s students is facilitated by: solving problems of an individual nature, individual search and study of new knowledge; awareness of the need, importance, and expediency of studying disciplines.
