Abstract

The purpose of the work is to determine the main prerequisites for the successful training of sports games technique by schoolchildren.

Methodology includes the analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature, program and regulatory documents.

Scientific novelty is to substantiate the basic prerequisites for the successful training of sports games technique. It is proved that mastering of motor action will be successful in the presence of the required level of development of motor abilities, especially of those that are directly involved in the studied technique implementation. The importance of previous motor experience for fast and stable formation of motor skills is determined. A close relationship is found between the process of motor actions training and mental activity of the subjects involved. It is proved that the effectiveness of the training process is largely determined by the emotional connections developed between the trainer and trainee.

Conclusions. The study confirms that the training of motor actions is followed not only by changes in the motor sphere of the trainee, but also by the involvement of mental and linguistic functions, memory, moral and volitional qualities, emotions, etc. The process of training motor actions of subjects should be carried out in close connection with the development of motor and psychomotor abilities, as successful training is often hindered by their low level. The richer the motor experience, the greater the probability of ideas necessary for the assimilation of a new motor action and the faster the approximate basis of a new action and the corresponding motor skill can be formed. Positive emotional relationships between the trainer and trainee form the basis of rapid and stable mastery of motor action.
