ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE IN TODAY'S CONDITIONS

The article analyzes the state of professional education as a system and its separate links, such as vocational and technical, professional pre-university, and some aspects of today's higher education are considered.
It was revealed that despite all socio-economic challenges and crisis phenomena, the system of vocational education not only remained as such, but continues to exist, modernize and harmonize with the labor market.
It has been studied that today professional education is graduated, and is characterized by a certain triad of its links, namely, vocational and technical education, vocational pre-university and higher education. The article analyzes the activities of these units, highlights their activities and certain positive developments.
Certain contradictions have been established both within the framework of independent activities of professional education institutions and in their communication among themselves in the context of a single system. Thus, the system of transition from vocational pre-university to higher education was identified as a problem area.
Special attention is paid in the article to professional pre-higher education – as the newest and most modern branch of professional education, which should combine all the best qualities of professional and technical and higher education.
Sufficient attention was paid in the article to the problems of higher education, as such, which, although it is the most perfect system of forming a full-fledged socially adapted member of society and a professional, but in its essence is in a state of certain uncertainty and inertia. The relationship of the participants of the educational process to the modern realities of higher education, directions of reform and improvement of its structural components are highlighted.
The article also to some extent analyzes the labor market, its current state, needs and trends, challenges that have arisen in recent years.
The purpose of the work is to analyze the state of professional education in Ukraine, its structural changes that have taken place in recent years, the adaptation of education to modern conditions of the economic and social crisis in the country.
Methodology. Systematization and study of scientific publications, analysis of scientific and educational literature, Internet sources, disclosure of the main definitions of the problem under study, generalizations and conclusions.
The scientific novelty. It consists in inventing contradictions that have formed at the current stage of the existence of professional education, which complicate the communication of its main links and interfere with harmonization with the labor market.
