Abstract

The goal of the work. The studying of the features of the effective organization of blended learning for future teachers of vocational education institutions and revealing its essence.

Methodology. There are following research methods, which were used to solve the goal: theoretical (study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical, philosophical sources, official and normative documents; comparison and generalization of scientists' views of the problem) and empirical (observation of students' educational process).

Scientific novelty. The article clarifies the essence of the concept of «blended learning» by analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature. The main aspects and conditions for the effective organization of blended learning for future teachers are indicated. It is emphasized that blended learning combines the forms of traditional and distance learning and contributes to the enrichment of the educational process in a higher education institutions. The use of blended learning in today's conditions is especially relevant and important, since it ensures the continuity and systematization of the educational process and prepares future teachers of vocational education institutions for teaching in the modern digital world, where information and communication technologies are becoming increasingly important in the organization of the educational process.

Conclusions. Blended learning is an approach to learning that combines traditional forms of learning with the use of modern information technology. In blended learning future teachers have the opportunity to study the material independently and cooperate with teachers or other students at a convenient time for all participants in the educational process to clarify, practically apply the information received and consolidate it. Blended learning allows students to learn the material at their own pace and get more interactive opportunities in professional preparation for future professional activities.
