Abstract

The article reveals the essence of intersubject connections, their functions, types and the importance of their implementation in the education of high school students on technology lessons, which gives reason to consider them an effective means of integrated learning at school.

The purpose of the article is to research basis of theoretical and methodological principles the peculiarities of the use of interdisciplinary connections in the process of studying the subject «Technology» by high school students according to the educational module «Design of modern clothes» in the process of making the project «Dress in ethnic style».

The methodology is based on the use of classical research methods: methods of analysis of activity products, analysis of literary sources, systematization, and generalization, classification method, which made it possible to substantiate the material scientifically and theoretically.

The scientific novelty of the article consists in the research and use of intersubject connections in the process of making the project «Dress in ethnic style» in the lessons of the subject «Technology» by high school students.

Conclusions. Intersubject connections is a didactic tool that provides a comprehensive approach to the formation and assimilation of the content of education, which makes connections between subjects deeper, comprehensive consideration of the most important concepts, phenomena, they are the result of generalizing actions, develop systemic thinking. The realization of interdisciplinary connections contributes to systematization, and, therefore, to the depth and strength of knowledge, helps to give students a holistic picture of the world. At the same time, the effectiveness of education and upbringing increases, the possibility of cross application of knowledge, abilities and skills on acquired in lessons in various subjects is ensured. Prospects for further scientific research are seen in the study of intersubject connections on technology lessons in high school in other educational modules of the program.
