Abstract

The article is devoted to the preparation of future physical education teachers for the pedagogical process of continuous action in institutions of general secondary education (GSE), which is carried out in three directions: general cultural, psychological-pedagogical and methodological. Attention is focused on the fact that the formation of professional competence among future physical education teachers presupposes the unity of theoretical and practical readiness for teaching activities. The interrelation of methodological, special, general pedagogical, psychological, professional and moral, didactic and methodological training, the formation of a modern style of holistic scientific and pedagogical thinking, ensures their readiness for self-education and lifelong learning.

Physical education presupposes the formation of the motivation of applicants for HSSE education to take care of their health and achieve a satisfactory state of physical fitness; development of physical and mental qualities; creative use of physical education means in organizing a healthy lifestyle. The solution to these problems depends on the professional level of the physical education teacher. It has been determined that higher education (HPE) should provide future physical education teachers with the formation of knowledge that will allow them to solve specific practical problems: have the abilities of a manager and communicator, be creative, proactive, strive to introduce progressive ideas and scientific achievements into practice.

An effective solution to these problems can be solved subject to the organic addition and combination of all components that form a system of factors of constant and targeted influence on education seekers. It is noted that a feature of the work of physical education teachers in modern conditions is their willingness to become organizers of the creation of a unified physical education space in an educational institution. The established competencies are required to ensure their preparation for the pedagogical process of continuous action in the ZZSO.
