Abstract

The article reveals the content of one of the effective forms of improving the preservation and strengthening of the health of student youth in the conditions of military aggression in Ukraine. It should be noted that, taking into account the realities of today, the concept of «health-preserving technologies», which unites all areas of activity of a higher medical institution of education regarding the formation, preservation and strengthening of the health of students, is becoming extremely relevant.

An important role in improving health indicators among the younger generation is played by the discipline «Physical education», namely independent classes using all possible types of physical activity. Optimizing motor activity by performing physical exercises during physical education and sports increases mental activity and contributes to the health of young people.

It has been proven that the natural need for systematic physical exercises, the organization of a healthy lifestyle of students is closely related to the solution of educational tasks. Health-preserving technologies of education and upbringing provide for a consistent system of active actions of all participants in the educational process, aimed at creating a health-preserving environment for the formation of vital skills that determine the preservation and strengthening of health and orientation to a healthy lifestyle, harmonious development of physical and a mentally healthy individual.

The purpose of this article is the correct organization of students' physical culture and health activities to preserve their health in conditions of extremely limited motor activity using distance learning technologies.

Methodology. Systematization and study of scientific publications, analysis of scientific and educational literature, Internet sources, disclosure of the main definitions of the problem under study, generalizations and conclusions.

The scientific novelty consists in the implementation of online classes in physical education, which will contribute to the effectiveness of independent activities and have a positive effect on the professional training and physical development of full-time students who have switched to distance education.

The author of the article comes to the conclusion that solving the problem of preserving the health of students of higher medical institutions of education by means of physical culture is possible thanks to the search for the newest and most effective methods that would diversify the content of physical education programs, satisfy the interests of students and better influence their physical training.
