Abstract

The purpose of the work is to characterize the importance of optimal mobilization of the functional reserves of the human body and its components in the implementation of sports activities.

The methodological basis is the conceptual ideas of the theory of cognition, the methodological principles of scientificity, accessibility, integrity, and integrability, which explain the important pedagogical aspects of the professional training of a future specialist in physical education and sports.

Research methods. To obtain the most significant research results and their interpretation, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization of information presented in scientific sources of information.

The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that a theoretical analysis of the concepts of «functional mobilization», «functional stability», «economization of functions» and their significance in the implementation of sports activities has been carried out.

Practical significance of the obtained results: theoretical results and scientific provisions can be used to solve scientific, theoretical-methodical and practical tasks in pedagogical, sports-pedagogical activities in the conditions of higher, post-graduate, specialized extracurricular sports education during educational, educational and educational and training processes.

Conclusions. Ensuring optimal functional mobilization of the human body involves the use of modern technologies and means of targeted influence on individual functional systems that determine and limit sports performance. The above should be combined with basic physical exercises and used as additional means that contribute to expanding the range of adaptation and increasing the physiological reserves of the human body.
