METHODS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-PRESENTATION SKILLS IN CLASSES OF THE CYCLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF MASTER'S STUDENTS

The main direction of the article and the purpose of the work is to highlight the experience of creation, approval, improvement and implementation of the method of formation and development of effective self-presentation skills among master's students in classes of the cycle of psychological training for further professional activity.
The article describes the content of practical work with the use of interactive methods, during the implementation of which it`s possible to effectively identify already developed self-presentation skills, as well as to form and develop new self-presentation skills that naturally and harmoniously fit the personality, correspond to physical and mental uniqueness. A clear sequence of the stages of implementation of the technique, nuances and psychological comments are given.
The methodology is built on the basis of the developments of sociologists, social psychologists, psychologist-trainers, specialists in the development of pedagogical skills, methods of teaching psychology, who developed and researched methods of formation and development of self-presentation skills in the conditions of psychological training of students of various specialties, including pedagogical ones.
The novelty of the work: for the first time, an interactive method of formation and development of effective self-presentation skills among master's students is described in detail. We revealed its essence, organizational points, and sequence of execution. We specified the equipment, the necessary skills of the teacher. Instructions for psychological clarification, psychological comments, examples are given.
Conclusions. The results of the experience of developing, approving, improving and implementing an interactive method of forming and developing the skills of effective self-presentation allowed us to draw conclusions about the number of participants with whom it`s possible to work out the task in one session, the peculiarities of their activity, the advantages and disadvantages of the method, recommendations for the use of the method in the conditions of distance learning, opportunities and conditions for people with disabilities, methodological recommendations for conducting training together with other specialists, possibilities of introducing the methodology into the educational course of the first undergraduate courses.
