SYNTHESIS OF EDUCATIONAL TRADITIONS IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR THE SERVICE SPHERE

The article examines the processes of synthesis of educational traditions in the professional training of future teachers for the field of service in higher education institutions. The interaction of international and domestic educational approaches, the adaptation of progressive world practices to Ukrainian conditions, as well as the peculiarities of training specialists in the hotel and restaurant business and tourism are analyzed. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of educational systems and their impact on the formation of professional competencies of future teachers, using quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis, including comparative, historical-pedagogical and systemic analysis. The possibilities of the synthesis of educational traditions for the optimization of educational programs, ensuring the stability and adaptability of professional training to dynamic changes in the service sector, as well as the development of strategies for the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process have been identified.
The purpose of the work is to study the processes of synthesis of educational traditions in the professional training of future teachers for the field of service in institutions of higher education. The interaction of international and domestic educational approaches, the adaptation of progressive world practices to Ukrainian conditions, as well as the study of the peculiarities of training specialists in the hotel and restaurant business and tourism are analyzed.
The methodology is based on a comprehensive approach to the analysis of educational systems and their impact on the formation of professional competencies of future teachers. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis are used, including comparative, historical-pedagogical and systemic analysis to consider various aspects of the educational process.
The scientific novelty consists in identifying and substantiating the possibilities of the synthesis of educational traditions for the optimization of educational programs, ensuring the stability and adaptability of professional training to dynamic changes in the service sector, as well as in the development of strategies for the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process.
Conclusions. Analysis of foreign experience on the example of countries with developed hospitality and tourism infrastructure revealed progressive ideas and features of training specialists for the service sector. Among the key characteristics identified are: flexibility and mobility in taking into account the needs of the market, multivariability of educational institutions (colleges, institutes, universities), degree of training, information openness, dynamism in updating the content of education, wide application of the latest technologies, training in real production conditions.
