Abstract

The article considers the key aspects of the wide application of modern technologies to the process of formation of professional competences of future specialists in the field of health care. The role of technology in improving education, training and development of the necessary skills of education seekers is highlighted. The use of virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and other innovative approaches in educational programs for the formation of competencies necessary for a successful career in the field of health care is considered. Advantages and challenges associated with the introduction of technologies into educational processes and training of future specialists are analyzed. Methodological aspects of the organization of practical classes are considered, taking into account modern trends in pedagogy and innovative approaches that contribute to the understanding and application of effective strategies to ensure high quality of education through activities involving the use of modern information technologies.

The purpose of the article is the analysis of scientific approaches to the definition and study of the features of the use of modern technologies in institutions of higher education and the determination of ways of implementing the relevant types of activities in the educational process of the higher school with the aim of forming competencies in future specialists in the field of health care.

Methodology. Our research is based on systemic and individual-oriented approaches, which take into account psychological and pedagogical sources of information and analyze the current experience of introducing experimental activities in higher educational institutions during the training of future specialists. We used a multi-level systematic analysis of scientific sources, which is based on the general scientific, partially scientific and specifically scientific levels of knowledge.

The scientific novelty of the study includes the following aspects: the impact of the use of virtual reality on the education and training of future specialists in the medical field; development of a distance learning system for acquiring professional skills in the field of medical technologies; use of artificial intelligence to support decision-making in medical practice and training of future doctors; the use of modern medical devices and applications to improve the educational process and the formation of competencies; analysis of the effectiveness of innovative teaching methods based on the use of augmented reality technologies in the field of health care. The study of these aspects will reveal the potential of modern technologies in the training of future healthcare professionals and determine the optimal ways of introducing these technologies into educational programs.

Conclusions. Modern technologies, such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and distance learning, have great potential in shaping professional competencies in future healthcare professionals. The use of innovative training methods improves the quality of training of medical workers and increases the level of their skills. The distance learning system allows you to acquire knowledge and skills without being tied to place and time, which contributes to the availability of education for a wide range of students. The integration of modern medical technologies into the educational process helps students gain practical experience and develop skills in working with advanced medical devices. The study of the effectiveness of the implementation of technologies in education is an important direction for the further improvement of teaching methods and training of future specialists in the field of health care. Therefore, the role of modern technologies in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in health care is an integral component of modern medical education, contributing to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of medical practice.
