STRATEGY FOR ORGANIZING AND SUPPORTING SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHILOLOGISTS

The purpose of the article is to characterize the strategy of organization and support of scientific research activities of future philology teachers in the process of their professional training in a higher education institution.
Methodology. To achieve the goal, a number of methods were used, in particular: analysis of scientific literature on the problems of organizing scientific research work of students at the current stage; comparative – to clarify the scientific position of scientists regarding the raised problem; systematization and generalization – for formulating conclusions; observation of the educational process in higher education institutions in general and the process of organization of research activities of philology students in particular, surveying students and teachers to clarify difficulties in planning and implementation of research activities of future philology teachers.
Scientific research is based on the provisions of the following methodological approaches: personally oriented, which involves taking into account the characteristics of each student of higher education (his temperament, level of educational achievements, previous experience in scientific research work) in the process of his involvement in scientific activity; competence to take into account general and professional competences recorded in the educational and professional training program of future philology teachers at the corresponding educational level; axiological for the formation of the value-worldview sphere of future philology teachers in the process of scientific and research activity.
Scientific novelty. The article describes the strategy of organization and support of scientific research activities of future philology teachers in the process of their professional training in a higher education institution.
Conclusions. It is substantiated that the organization and support of scientific research activity of future philology teachers involves the formation of appropriate guidance in the applicants, the choice of their own trajectory of scientific research activity, improvement and development, the culture of life of the individual, his self-realization and life creativity. This testifies to the strategic nature of the scientific research work of students, which, in turn, necessitates the development of an appropriate strategy for the organization and support of student scientific research. It is substantiated that the strategic nature of students' research work is represented by such features as conceptuality, purposefulness, rotatability, cyclicality and phasing, integrability and discreteness, reversibility, promptness, combinatoriality, selectivity, ingressiveness, correlation, aggressiveness, emergentity, limitation, adaptability, motivation It has been proven that the organization of research work of future philology teachers during their professional training involves systematic and consistent work in certain directions.
