Abstract

The article deals with the issues of implementation of kinesiological approach in the process of technical training in rhythmic gymnastics, which allows to provide high rates of mastering motor skills and preservation of health of female athletes.

Objective. To substantiate a possibility of improvement of technical training methods in rhythmic gymnastics on the basis of introduction of kinesiological approach.

Methodology. The methodological basis is the separate ideas of the theory of adaptation, the system approach, didactic biomechanics and the theory of management. To achieve the goal, the methods of analysis and generalization of information from scientific and methodological sources, pedagogical observation, the method of expert assessments and pedagogical experiment were used.

Scientific novelty.  The experience of the organization of the process of technical training in rhythmic gymnastics is generalized, the possibility of improvement of methods of technical training in rhythmic gymnastics on the basis of introduction of kinesiological approach is grounded.

Conclusions. The expediency of improvement of methods of technical training of sportswomen through structuring of technical exercises which are included in competitive programs in rhythmic gymnastics is revealed. The possibility of application of kinesiological approach in this aspect is determined. The effect of the implementation is to increase the pace of mastering motor actions by gymnasts, reduce the number of errors in the performance of technical actions and the possibility of building a logistics system of technical training that has a health-preserving orientation.
