Abstract

Motor attributes are defined as individual traits that dictate a person’s motor skill level. Beyond these, numerous unique traits exist, such as perceptual, mnemonic, among others. The diverse evolution of motor attributes stems from a hierarchy of inherited anatomical and physiological traits. The enhancement of motor attributes is swayed by psychodynamic factors, including temperament, personality, and the regulation of mental operations. Physical exercises serve as the primary vehicle for nurturing motor skills. The effectiveness of the educational and training regimen hinges on the careful selection of pedagogical techniques and the strategic establishment of objectives and tasks. Crucial to educating future professionals in physical education and sports is a blend of theoretical and hands-on training that cultivates competencies. Notably significant is the development of an insight into the progression patterns of motor attributes, their biological core, and the mutual dependence between various qualities.

The goal of the work. Summarize insights and understanding regarding motor attributes, emphasizing their significance for prospective professionals in physical education and athletics.

The research methodology. Employed methods suitable for the objective included: foundational scientific approaches (analysis, synthesis) to analyze and synthesize the information sources utilized; interpretation and summarization to elucidate and decode concepts; and the revitalization of understanding regarding motor traits and their biological core for upcoming experts in physical education and sports.

Materials and methods. Examination of literary materials followed by their analysis, amalgamation, contrasting and comparison, elucidation, broad summarization, and contextualization.

The scientific novelty of the innovative aspect of this research lies in its comprehensive exploration of topics concerning the analysis and comprehension of motor abilities, summarizing the perspectives of researchers on their organization, comparison, and explication regarding their biological core; and the enhancement of this understanding for the next generation of professionals in physical education and sports.

Conclusions. Enhancing understanding of the biological underpinnings of motor skills for upcoming professionals in physical education and sports will significantly impact their skill set, including: the capacity to utilize knowledge in real-life scenarios; fostering individual physical culture development; and the ability to conduct training for athletes and lead physical activity sessions for diverse community groups. The findings regarding the depth of theoretical and practical comprehension within the «Physical Culture and Sports» educational module for future bachelors in physical education and sports spanning the first to third years are viewed as avenues for subsequent investigation.
