Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of the technique of performing jumps using the methods of «bent legs» and «legs apart», as they are studying in the primary school. The phases of the base jumps are described, auxiliary exercises and features of their execution are proposed.

Analysis of video materials shows, that a significant part of physical education teachers has insufficient level of practical, theoretical and methodical training. This has a negative effect on the effectiveness of training children’s in the primary school. For the convenience of analysis of the support jump technique, it is necessary to distinguish separate phases, which greatly facilitates the study of the basics of the technique and the analysis of mistakes made by schoolchildren. Effectiveness of learning to base jumps, to a large extent, depends on the previous physical training of the children’s and on correctly selected exercises. However, very often a formal approach to the quality of exercise performance does not ensure the correct execution of individual phases of the base jumps by schoolchildren.

The purpose of the article. To reveal the methodical features of learning base gymnastic jumps in primary school.

Research methods. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodical literature and video materials from the Internet, pedagogical observation.

Scientific novelty consists in clarifying and supplementing information about methodical features of learning the base jumps in primary school. The main approaches to increasing the effectiveness of training gymnastic jumps are substantiated.

Conclusions. Effectiveness of learning gymnastic the base jumps in primary school depends on the level of professional training of the physical education teacher. The base jumps have a complex structure of movements, therefore, it is necessary to teach the technique of these exercises in separate phases. This distribution determines the main orientation of individual phases of motor action. A teacher who knows the biomechanical analysis of the technique of gymnastic jumps, will be able to better choose the necessary means and methods of learning to solve the main task of motor action.
