SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES OF COMPUTER-ORIENTED PERSONALIZED EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Problem. The provision of educational services in higher education institutions of Ukraine is a direction of the state educational policy. This current direction requires the development of methodological support in terms of the use of computer multimedia technologies in the process of teaching educational components. Scientists also consider it necessary to update information and communication technologies and ensure free access to information and communication technologies and information resources for students of bachelor's and master's degrees in various specialties.
The purpose of the proposed survey is the analysis of technologies for supporting a computer-oriented personalized educational environment in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
Research methodology: is based on general principles of philosophy, basic modern provisions of pedagogical science, psychology, computer technologies and reflects the relationship of methodological approaches to the study of the process of supporting technologies for a computer-oriented personalized educational environment in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
Object of research: educational process in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
Scientific novelty. It is substantiated that the technologies for supporting a computer-oriented personalized educational environment are used in higher education institutions of Ukraine and require further study.
Conclusions. The educational achievements of higher education students also depend on the establishment of communication, the organization of their educational activities, primarily in the conditions of a higher education institution; use of software tools for data visualization; the use of digital educational resources for the exchange and dissemination of educational information; use of information and communication technologies to create educational content; organization of distance learning, instant feedback using digital technologies to evaluate learning outcomes. For the effective use of information and communication technologies in higher education, improving its quality and accessibility for applicants, the following conditions must be ensured first: the introduction of an appropriate infrastructure of technologies that would satisfy the principles of accessibility, ease of use, flexibility and cost effectiveness; modification of curriculum components (including content, teaching methods and evaluation of its results), adapting information technologies to the educational process; increasing the level of information competence of university teachers.
