Conclusions. The article, based on the study of the experience of agrarian transformations in Bulgaria in the conditions of European integration, studies the regularities of state regulation and management in the conditions of European integration. In European countries, the agricultural sector is not a self-sufficient sector of the economy. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure functional and effective support of the state for the comprehensive development of agriculture. The beginning of reforming agriculture was carried out by implementing a strategy and a system of state support mechanisms for the agrarian sector of the Bulgarian economy. By implementing a set of state management measures in the agrarian sphere, the Bulgarian economy solved the problem of stagnation in agriculture, strengthened the state's interaction with agricultural producers, and maintained a stimulating effect on the industry. It has been established that an alternative method of supporting agricultural producers, in the context of Bulgaria's European integration aspirations, can be state lending mechanisms.
