Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of the organization and conducting a production excursion for students studying the basics of food technology. The article examines the concepts of "educational excursion" and "production excursion", defines the expected results from the introduction of the production excursion into the educational process as a form of educational work. The stages of preparation and conducting production tours are presented, the conditions for their implementation are defined. An analysis of the curriculum of the "Fundamentals of Food Technologies" course was carried out, food industry enterprises of the region were considered, proposals were determined for choosing an enterprise for studying various technologies. Analysis and generalization of the obtained work results was carried out.

The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the method of organization and production tour for students studying food technology.

Research methodology. Scientific research is based on the use of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the study, observation of the educational process of students, surveys of education seekers, as well as analysis and generalization of the obtained work results.

The scientific novelty consists in clarifying the specifics of the organization and conducting of production tours in classes on "Fundamentals of Food Technologies". The experience of choosing a production enterprise for the qualitative study of modern technological processes in the food industry is characterized.

Conclusions. Industrial tour for educational institutions of higher education that study technologies, modern technological processes and the latest equipment is an effective form of organizing students' educational work, which contributes to the formation and development of general and special professional competences, diversifies the educational process, and has positive feedback from students. Visiting production enterprises allows you to achieve higher results during the development of educational and professional training programs for students.

We consider a more thorough study of the methodology of organizing and conducting virtual tours as a promising direction for researching the problems of using production tours in food technology classes.
