Abstract

This article identifies the core issues in the use of information technology within the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry. It examines the specific priority areas for applying information technology in the educational activities of business structures. The article describes the practical experience of educational activities of Ukrainian regional chambers of commerce and industry and highlights the importance of identifying new trends and prospects for using information technology in the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical and practical foundations of the use of information technology in the educational activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry.

Methodology. Methodology of this research is based on a comprehensive approach that integrates various general scientific methods. These methods facilitate an integrative analysis of the use of information technology in educational activities and the generalization of best practices in creating effective business events in the informatization of business aimed at improving professional skills.

The scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive approach to using the global information and communication space for integrating education and business. The article defines prospects and innovative e-culture algorithms for the activities of regional chambers of commerce and industry, which, acting as business associations, can assume an active intermediary role between business and education, thereby fostering an improved educational, economic, and business environment in Ukraine.

Conclusions. To enhance the quality of the educational process, information technology offers new opportunities and, under appropriate conditions, significantly increases motivation to learn. Information technology in educational activities is an important stage in the development of modern business. Running a business requires leaders of business structures to be educated and qualified. Thus, the educational activities of chambers of commerce, using information technology, are an integral part of business development. The analysis of regional chambers of commerce and industry activities identifies the main directions of educational activities, including practical training sessions, interactive management training, various training sessions and webinars, business brunches, participation in networking events for experience exchange, consulting support for companies, skill improvement for specialists and management, and mentoring programs for new entrepreneurs provided by experienced business professionals. The further development of information technology in educational activities presents key challenges, including the «digital gap», data protection, and information overload.
