The goal of the work. The purpose of the work is to study modern approaches to national-patriotic education of children and youth in educational institutions under martial law conditions, as well as to determine effective methods and forms of its implementation at different levels of education.

Methodology. The study used methods of analysis of scientific literature, normative-legal documents in the field of education and national-patriotic education, as well as generalization of the practical experience of educational institutions regarding the implementation of patriotic education under martial law conditions.

Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the generalization and systematization of modern methods and approaches to national-patriotic education of children and youth under martial law conditions, as well as in emphasizing the role of educational institutions in forming the patriotic consciousness of the younger generation.

Conclusions. National-patriotic education is a key factor in the formation of conscious and responsible citizens of Ukraine, especially in the conditions of martial law. Systematic and continuous education of patriotism among the younger generation at all levels of education, from preschool to higher education and extracurricular, is necessary. This involves not only the study of the history and culture of Ukraine, but also the active involvement of students in activities that develop national consciousness, moral values, and readiness to defend and develop their country. National-patriotic education is crucial for the formation of informed and responsible citizens deeply connected to the history, culture and values of their country. By fostering a sense of pride and loyalty in young people, educational institutions can contribute to the creation of a solid foundation for committed and conscious citizenship. It is through this education that future generations will be able to continue to support and nurture the traditions and values that define their country.
