ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A HISTORICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

The purpose of the article is to examine the historical and pedagogical experience of organizing the educational environment in the system of views of Ukrainian and foreign teachers.
Research methodology. The methodological basis of the study was the scientific works of Ukrainian researchers, the previous experience of domestic and foreign teachers whose work is still relevant today. As a result of writing the article, the peculiarities of the organization of the educational environment and its characteristic features were identified, which were characterized by Ukrainian and foreign scholars in their works. The following general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization were used in the research process. This made it possible to form a holistic view of the system of organization of the educational environment in different historical periods.
Scientific novelty. The article presents the ideas and views of domestic and foreign researchers on the process of organizing the educational environment. Based on the definition analysis of the concept of «educational environment», its essence and phenomenon were thoroughly investigated. The scientific concepts and experience of predecessors made it possible to present a holistic picture of the organization of the educational environment in previous centuries.
Conclusions. Thus, having analyzed the main ideas of leading teachers of Ukraine and the world (Konstantin Ushynsky, Vasyl Sukhomlynsky, John Lock, Rudolf Steiner, Janusz Korczak) and modern researchers (O. Vasylieva, A. Cymbalaru, O. Petrenko, O. Tsinyuk, O. Koshil, L. Makar), we can state that their ideas and views on the system of education and organization of the environment have a significant impact on the development of the modern educational system. Makar), it can be argued that their ideas and views on the education system and the organization of the educational environment have a significant impact on the formation of the modern educational system, which lays the foundation for the development of the system of education and upbringing in the present. It is worth noting that Ukrainian and foreign educators have made an invaluable contribution to the development of education and the formation of basic pedagogical concepts. In general, it should be emphasized that the organization of the educational environment is both a multifaceted and complex process.
