This article explores the training of future specialists in physical culture and sports as a pedagogical problem, which is crucial for the development of physical education and society as a whole. The key aspects of training future specialists in physical culture and sports are revealed, including the combination of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, the development of pedagogical mastery, and the formation of motivation for self-improvement. The article highlights the features of forming competent specialists who not only possess the necessary knowledge and skills but also actively apply them in professional activities and contribute to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among different age groups.
Research Objective. The aim of this study is to explore the issue of training future specialists in physical culture and sports as a pedagogical problem.
Research methodology. The study is based on the use of theoretical methods, including analysis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical literature, as well as comparison. The empirical method of observing the educational process of training future specialists and studying pedagogical experience was used to identify teaching difficulties.
The scientific novelty. The novelty of the study lies in substantiating the relevance of improving the training of future specialists in physical culture and sports, considering modern educational trends.
Conclusions. The training of future specialists in physical culture and sports is an important factor in improving the nation's physical health and developing a sports culture in the country. A comprehensive approach to education, which includes theoretical, practical, and pedagogical training, will contribute to enhancing the quality of physical education and sports activities. This will enable future specialists in physical culture and sports to work effectively with various population groups and promote physical culture and a healthy lifestyle.
