The article reveals the importance of motor activity for strengthening and preserving human health, characterizes the motor activity of students, substantiating the importance of taking into account the biomechanics of their muscle activity, reveals a comprehensive program for increasing the motor activity of students, presents indicators of motor activity of students of different specialties before and after the experiment.
Purpose of the article: to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify a comprehensive program for increasing the motor activity of students, taking into account the biomechanics of muscle activity.
Methodology. The study was attended by 95 students of 1-3 years of various specialties of the National University «Poltava Polytechnic named after Yuri Kondratyuk». Methods of observation, research, questionnaires and comparison, as well as methods of mathematical statistics were used.
Scientific novelty. The effectiveness of a comprehensive program for increasing the motor activity of students, taking into account the biomechanics of their muscle activity, was developed and experimentally verified. It was established that the level of motor activity of students depends on the biomechanics of their muscular activity. Statistical analysis of the experimental results confirmed the effectiveness of the comprehensive program to increase the motor activity of students, comparing before and after the experiment. The students of the experimental group did not have a low level of motor activity, but more than half of the students showed a high level of their motor activity.
Conclusions. The obtained data indicate the feasibility of using a comprehensive program to increase the motor activity of students, developed taking into account the biomechanics of their muscular activity. Taking into account the biomechanics of muscular activity when organizing motor activity allows achieving the effectiveness of training sessions, reducing the risk of injuries and improving the overall level of physical development.
